What we check
Three systems, one technician, one trip to your house.
Your heating system
Furnace, heat pump, boiler or dual-fuel. We check that it starts, runs and shuts down the way it should before the cold sets in.
Your cooling system
Central air, heat pump or mini-split. Checked in the same visit, so you are not booking this again in April.
Your water heater
The appliance most homeowners never think about until it floods a basement. We look at it while we are already there.
Your $99 comes back as credit toward the repair.
Not a rebate you mail in. Not a gift card. If something we checked breaks down within 12 months of your visit, we take the $99 straight off that repair bill.
One honest exception: if we spot a problem while we are there and you decide to hold off on fixing it, that known issue is not what the guarantee is for. We still will not charge you a diagnostic fee to come back and do it, because we already know what is wrong.
