Estimates and pricing

Pricing shown on this site is for typical residential replacements. Final pricing is confirmed after an HVAC Performance Assessment and documented in writing before work begins. Pricing is subject to change based on equipment, sizing, ductwork condition, and home conditions.

Warranty

Our New System Lifetime Warranty covers both parts and labor on applicable new and replacement systems for as long as you own the residence, and is transferable to a new homeowner if you sell. The only requirement is an active RJM ProCare Membership with the preventative maintenance performed by RJM. The only exclusions are failures directly related to an act of God, and systems tampered with by another contractor or any other party. See our warranty page for the full summary and how to claim.
